KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WILX) - Former First Lady Michelle Obama will join Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Michigan.

The two will be in Kalamazoo for a ‘Get Out The Vote’ rally in Kalamazoo on Saturday, October 26.

This will be Michelle Obama’s first event on the campaign trail for the Harris-Walz campaign.

On Tuesday, President Barack Obama stopped in Detroit in support of Harris. Detroit-native Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem, introduced the 44th president to the crowd at the Huntington Center.

Saturday also marks the first day of early voting in Michigan.

At the rally, it is expected that Michelle Obama and Vice President Harris will be focused on driving enthusiasm and mobilizing voters to cast their ballots.
