The Virginia Safari Park is giving a discount to mothers this Mother's Day!
Have you been looking for an excuse to visit the Virginia Safari Park? Mother's Day could be just that excuse. The Virginia Safari Park is the state's only drive-through safari and is consistently ranked as one of the best family fun destinations in the country. Visitors can enjoy the wildlife from the comfort of their car, though some of the more inquisitive animals have been known to peek into open windows. Because the Virginia Safari Park is such a gem, people travel from all over the state and region to experience it. The park is definitely on a LOT of people's to-do lists, many of whom are just looking for an excuse to make the drive. This Mother's Day, the Virginia Safari Park is giving moms a free bucket of animal feed. So every mom that brings her kid(s) to the park on Sunday, May 13, will get to save almost $5 on a bucket of animal feed. It's not the biggest discount in the world, but definitely a good excuse to finally cross the Virginia Safari Park off your bucket list! Even if you've been to the park before, some things have changed. For one, they just welcomed a new penguin to their African penguin colony.
