A moose poked around the pool at Trey Parker's house in Steamboat Springs, and they caught it on camera.

Colorado's moose are definitely out and about right now (I saw three in Rocky Mountain National Park last weekend!), and "South Park" co-creator Trey Parker and his family didn't even have to leave their home to see one. Parker, his wife, and their little girl were hanging out in their pool in Steamboat Springs when a massive moose approached and sniffed around for a bit, coming just a few feet from the family before disappearing back into the wild. How Parker calmed his young daughter's fears, reassuring her that the moose had spotted something cute in the pool and just wanted to check it out! Precious! moose Parker is a co-creator of the Colorado-centric "South Park" show and voices a number of popular characters, including Stan Marsh and Eric Cartman. "South Park" airs on Comedy Central.
