RENSSALAER COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A Rensselaer County man has been arrested for distributing inappropriate videos and pictures to minors in Clermont, a town in Columbia County.

David Nitto Jr., of Johnsville, was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors (E Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (A Misdemeanor).

An investigation from the New York State Police Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) started on January 25, 2025, after a complaint was filed.

The investigation found Nitto had been sending explicit material to a minor.

Nitto Jr. was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Clermont Court returnable on June 19th at 5:00 p.m.

Nitto Jr. is known in the regional motocross racing community, where he participates in events along the East Coast. Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
