WALKER, MI – A new neighborhood development is being planned for a Grand Rapids suburb that would create 40 new homes.

Developer Tim Raredon, of Batflip LLC, has proposed the Brightside Lane housing project for 19 acres of vacant land at 4519 Richmond St. NW, located about two miles south of I-96 and 3 Mile Road.
