If you're looking to end your year with a bang, there's no better way to do it than with a fireworks show. This New Year's Eve seven New Hampshire communities, including Portsmouth, are looking to ring in the New Year with fireworks. Please do note that these venues usually request that no outside alcohol is brought into these events and they are either asking
guests to leave their pets at home or keep them leashed for their own and others' safety during the fireworks shows. According to the ASPCA, fireworks can cause fear and anxiety, stomach problems and other issues in pets. Here's more about fireworks shows in New Hampshire to bring in the new year.

What to expect: 30-minute, alcohol-free fireworks show to celebrate the coming of the new year with the whole family.
When: Firework show starts at 8 p.m.
What to expect: This free event is at 8 p.m. so the whole family can enjoy it.
When: Fireworks show starts at 6:30 p.m.
What to expect : Fireworks show at a ski resort preceded by a glow dance party.
North Conway: Public Park New Year's Eve Fireworks
When: Event starts at 9:30 p.m.
What to expect : Bringing in the new year on the park grass, this fireworks show is set later in the night, allowing for people to walk around and explore North Conway before the main event. Free to attend.
When: Fireworks show starts at 7 p.m.
What to expect : Fireworks over Corcoran Pond in the evening preceded by holiday fun for the family like Bear Factory stuffed animal activities and an ice cream social in the morning and afternoon. Free to attend.
When: Event starts at 10 p.m.
What to expect : The fireworks show is the crescendo to a night of resort parties, which feature a make-your-own-snack bar, dancing and fun for the kids as well as a gourmet buffet dinner for the adults. Reservations are required and can be placed by calling (855) 837-2100.
When: Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.
What to expect : Omni guests can celebrate the end of 2024 and the start of 2025 by watching a fireworks display on the front veranda of the iconic resort.
