Next Round of Casa Bonita Reservations Are Now Open

If you still haven't been able to get a reservation at Casa Bonita, you're in luck! On Monday morning, another round of reservations for Colorado's most famous restaurant will open at 9 a.m. These reservations are for January 2025.

You can pre-queue at CasaBonitaDenver.com between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and be randomly selected in the queue when it opens at 9 a.m. (As of 11:20 a.m., more than 5,300 guests are in the queue.)

Purchased by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the two have worked alongside Denver chef Dana Rodriguez to rebuild the restaurant’s kitchen from the ground up.
