FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — No one was hurt in a Saturday house fire in Herndon, according to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.

Firefighters responded to reports of a house fire around 9 a.m. in the 900 block of Vine Street, where smoke could be seen coming from the roof of the home.

Firefighters say the flames have been controlled.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
