STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Two men were arrested and drugs were seized during a pre-dawn raid at an apartment in New Brighton, authorities allege.

Officers armed with a search warrant swarmed an apartment in the Richmond Terrace Houses at about 6 a.m. on Nov. 27, according to the criminal complaint, which was based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough Staten Island.

Abraham Tarr, 30, and co-defendant Mario Birot, 24, live in the Richmond Terrace Houses complex, according to police.
