Technology is helping detectives gather more intel on the 2002 murders of three people.
The Littleton Police Department announced a $30,000 reward increase for information involving a 2002 triple murder. In a briefing on Wednesday, February 17, Chief Doug Stephens said they're analyzing every piece of evidence using new technological methods.
"We know there is likely information that has not been shared," Stephens said. "We believe people with information surrounding this case remain in our community."

On January 27, 2002, Bobby Zajac, 23, Erin Golla, 26, and James Springer, 29, were shot and killed at the AMF Broadway Bowling Alley in Littleton just before midnight. Golla and Springer were working and closing for the night while Springer was bowling, waiting for a ride home.
After Golla called a friend at 11:40 p.m. to pick her up, the three in the bowling alley came into contact with the unknown killer. All three were shot to death in what investigators believe was an apparent robbery.
At 11:55 p.m., the friend picking Golla up discovered the three victims' bodies inside the bowling alley.
In their briefing Wednesday, the police department said a bald, middle-aged, white man wearing a long trench coat was seen exiting the bowling alley at 11:50 p.m. on January 27, 2002. He got in a dark-colored pickup truck and headed south.
Investigators believe the killings could be tied to an attempted burglary at the bowling alley a week earlier.
"Investigators are retesting and reviewing evidence," Stephens said. "Technology not available to use at the time of the crime has allowed us to develop new investigative leads."
While the police follow up on new leads, they ask anyone with information to report it through Metro Denver Crime Stoppers and can receive up to a $30,000 reward. Also, the Littleton Subway murders case which occurred on February 14, 2000, has increased the reward money in hopes of getting new leads as well.
