Millions of Baby Boomers retire each year across the U.S., and in the past year, the number of retired Boomers increased more than in prior years, according to the Pew Research Center.

Many industries nationwide and in Oklahoma have taken steps to brace for larger waves of population retirement, but there are still some anticipated gaps.
