WICHITA COUNTY, Texas (KAUZ) - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has announced that one has died in a wreck on Wednesday night.

DPS said that on March 12, around 11:24 p.m. 28-year-old Brandon Lee Baker was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck on Wellington Lane in Wichita Falls.

Crash investigators said the 2001 Chevrolet truck that Baker was driving had overcorrected after traveling northbound on the road, and the vehicle struck a pole.

This wreck is being investigated by DPS, and other details have not yet been publicly released.
