Applications are due by June 15.

ALEXANDRIA — Horizon Public Health, on behalf of Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse counties, has announced a funding opportunity for community organizations working to combat the opioid crisis.

Thanks to resources made available through the Minnesota Opioid Settlement, local groups can now apply for grants to support impactful, community-driven projects focused on prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction.

The goal is to support bold, lasting solutions, especially in communities that have been hit hardest by the opioid epidemic.

Applications are due by June 15.

Applicants are encouraged to propose sustainable initiatives that will continue beyond the grant period through partnerships, additional funding, or integration into existing efforts. Proposals should also reflect clearly identified needs within the local community.
