Buyers of the five priciest metro Phoenix homes to sell during mid-April paid almost $39 million in cash for their new residences. Several LLCs and trusts were among the buyers and sellers.

DD Real Estate LLC, managed by Donald Dady, paid cash for a 6,318-square-foot Paradise Valley home. The house with four bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms has views of Camelback Mountain, walls of glass and a floating staircase. The Canadian trust Digcomm Holdings, managed by Pamela Kipness, was the seller.

Delaware LLC Joshua Tree AZ paid cash for a 6,318-square-foot Paradise Valley home with views of Camelback and Mummy mountains. The home with four bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms is called an “organic modern estate” with walls of glass, a chef’s kitchen and an office overlooking a pool that has a fireplace next to it. Delaware LLC Joshua Tree Partners sold it.

A Delaware LLC named after the address of the property paid cash for a 6,251-square-foot house in the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. The home has four bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms, a stone façade, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, chandeliers, walls of windows, a primary suite with a fireplace, a den, a loft and a guest house. The LLC Althea was the seller. Scott Grigg of the Griggs's Group Powered by The Altman Brothers had the listing.

Digcomm Holdings Trust paid cash for a new 5,530-square-foot house in the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. The modern farmhouse-style home comes with four bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, a prep kitchen, a temperature-controlled glass wine wall, a wet bar and a primary suite with a fireplace, a private patio and a laundry room. A Washington LLC called Scan Ventures, led by Scott Carson, sold it.

The Arizona 1949 LLC of Illinois paid cash for a 6,822-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Whisper Rock community. The home with four bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, also has a catering kitchen, a large gym with mirrored walls, an outdoor shower and French oak floors. Outside, there’s a shower and a cabana next to a pool with a lap lane. Bridget and Kenneth Oppedisano sold it.
