Wichita police have identified the man whose body was found the evening of March 6th in the Little Arkansas River.

Kayakers on the river found the body of 48-year-old Christopher Zimbelman in the river near the 500 block of North Nims.

Police believe the body may have been in the water for a couple of weeks. The cause of death is still under investigation.
