An 18-year-old is facing charges after police said he shot two teenagers in a parking lot at the Mall in Columbia. One teenager is dead and the other is in critical condition as WBAL-TV spoke with community members including one man who says he witnessed the incident. One family will have to grieve their young loved one, while another family is likely at the hospital with the other victim who is fighting for their life. It's the result of the double shooting Saturday night that happened in the parking lot at the Mall in Columbia, a busy area where several people heard the shots. A usually busy shopping mall parking lot now marks the spot where two teenagers were shot. A witness who only wanted to be known as "E" said he was waiting for a Doordash in the parking lot when he heard five gunshots. "Randomly, I hear pops and it's not like fireworks. It was gunshots," the witness said. "I see a gentleman sitting at the bottom of the stairs and he had like a wound to his neck and his friend was holding the wound down and they're trying to stop the bleeding." Howard County police said they arrested 18-year-old Emmetson Zeah in connection to the shooting death of 16-year-old Michael Robertson, one of two teenagers shot. A 15-year-old boy was also shot and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
