With four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the unique residents blends modern desert architecture with high-end design features, according to Ashley Perez, whose husband played golf at Arizona State University before he turned pro. “It is a beautifully painted canvas where each room unfolds a unique narrative, inviting you to explore a tapestry of artistry and experience,” she said in the release.
What makes golfer’s Scottsdale estate special?
Black marble flooring, a backlit staircase and custom, hand-painted walls are some of the estate’s more unique features. The kitchen also has backlit onyx countertops, a teppanyaki grill and fiber optics installed in the grout lines of the tile. The estate also boasts a sport court, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a pool, multiple walking paths and a jacuzzi. The primary suite has a gas fireplace and two walk-in closets. “The meticulously designed closets were meant to emulate the elegance of a luxury retail store, enhanced with electric rods and backlighting,” Ashley Perez said. “Walking into the closet feels like stepping into a Chanel boutique.” There is also a removable 800-square-foot guest house, entertainment areas, a home theater, a game room, an office and AC-controlled garages with room for up to eight vehicles. Compass Arizona Agent Chris Karas of The Karas Group listed the property. “It’s rare to see a home so thoughtfully designed for both relaxing family life and high-profile entertaining,” Karas said in the release. “The Perez family has created a home that is the height of modernity, one that reaches the highest bounds of sophistication without sacrificing an ounce of warmth and livability.”
