Baltimore Raven' Kyle Van Noy, and Odafe Oweh make a PFF ranking of the top 32 edge rushers in the NFL for the 2025 season
In 2024, the Ravens had one of the NFL's top pass rush units, buoyed by the production of veteran Kyle Van Noy and ascending linebacker Odafe Oweh. Both players return for 2025, with the addition of rookie second-round pick Mike Green.
Pro Football Focus recently ranked the top 32 edge rushers in the NFL, and Baltimore's duo landed in the top 30. 26.Odafe Oweh,
Baltimore Ravens Including the playoffs, Oweh set career highs in sacks (11), quarterback hits (16), and total pressures (55) last season. The Ravens picked up his fifth-year option in April 2024, giving him plenty to play for ahead of free agency in 2026. Like Smith, Van Noy is a veteran still producing at a high level late in his career. Set to turn 35 in June, he recorded a career-high 12.5 sacks in 2024, ranking fourth in the NFL. After playing for three teams between 2020 and 2022, Van Noy has found a home in Baltimore. He has earned a PFF overall grade of at least 75.0 and recorded 53 or more pressures in the past two seasons. Oweh logged 5.0 sacks in two of his first three seasons since being selected by the
Ravens in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Baltimore didn't deliver a long-term contract extension last summer, and that fueled his production for last season as the former Penn State pass rusher finished with the second-most sacks on the Ravens behind Kyle Van Noy (13.5) and tied with Detroit's Za'Darius Smith for No. 16 in the NFL. Baltimore
picked up Oweh's fifth-year option before last season, putting him on the books for a $13,251,000 salary cap hit. In 2024, Oweh tallied 39 tackles (25 solo), 10.0 sacks, and one forced fumble across 17 regular-season games. Van Noy finished the 2024 regular season with 41 tackles (25 solo), two pass defenses, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 16 games. Van Noy signed a two-year, $9 million contract extension with the Ravens in April of 2024 following a 2023 campaign in which he logged a career-high 9.0 sacks. He followed that up with an even better 2024 season, leading the Ravens with 12.5 sacks, which was the fourth most in the NFL behind Trey Hendrickson (17.5), Myles Garrett (14.0), and Nik Bonitto (13.5).
