A man was killed and an 11-year-old boy was injured Wednesday morning in a shooting, Annapolis police said. Annapolis police said officers were called for reports of shots fired around 7:40 a.m. An 11 News crew at the scene observed a heavy police presences on Clay Street as well as two blocks away on Obery Court. The police chief said the boy suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to one of his feet.
