After the high-end of the housing market finished off 2024 strong in Sangamon County, the market felt as cold as weather to begin 2025. Of the ten most expensive homes sold last month, none surpassed the $700,000 mark whereas two sold for more than $1 million in December. Here's a look at the top ten most expensive homes in January.
10. 2121 S. Willemore Ave., Springfield
