In this walk-in freezer, the folks at Rose & Thorn make specialty ice cubes for your drink, like poblano-paprika and cucumber-grapefruit flavored ice cubes. Rose & Thorn also has stunning decor in the dining room, which is perfect for any occasion, as well as a speakeasy in the basement called the Double Barrel Club that will transport you to the year 1959 in Havana, Cuba.

Insider Tip: Order the award-winning Carribean-curried chicken and the duck taquitos, but make sure you wash them down with any specialty cocktail (with their signature ice cubes)!
