Il Posto

Chef Andrea Frizzi’s authentic modern Italian restaurant is beautifully designed, and it features dishes with homemade ingredients like pasta and burrata. Also, the wine list is to die for!

Blue Moon Brewing Co.

This massive brewery has a scratch kitchen and 25 beers on tap that are made on premises. They also have a large patio and a parking lot.

Safta

My favorite restaurant in Denver featuring James Beard Award-winning chef Alon Shaya’s take on Israeli food. The best hummus and pita you will ever have in your life, trust us. Safta is located in The Source Hotel.

Cart-Driver

The first of two locations—the other is in LoHi—Cart-Driver serves authentic Neapolitan pizza that's chewy but has a nice "char" to it. Oh, and the restaurant's located in an old shipping container, just so you know.

Super Mega Bien

Due to the pandemic, Super Mega Bien is not rolling around the Dim Sum carts. Owned by Beard Award-nominated chef Dana Rodriguez, the Latin American restaurant is located within The Ramble Hotel.
