LAS VEGAS, Nevada, June 27, 2024—Fennemore, a leading U.S. law firm, announced today that commercial litigator and labor and employment specialist, Richard Dreitzer , has been sworn in as the standing president of the State Bar of Nevada .

Dreitzer is a director and managing partner for Fennemore’s Las Vegas office, while also serving on the firm’s nine-person management committee. Dreitzer has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1998 and has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada’s Board of Governors since 2013. Dreitzer previously served as president-elect over the past year.

Dreitzer brings more than two decades of practicing business litigation to his role, primarily focused in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law, and general commercial litigation, including construction.

Dreitzer was most recently honored by Best Lawyers in America® for the fifth year in a row under their Employment Law Management and Litigation-Labor and Employment categories.

He received his B.S. from the College of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
