RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- An answer to the ongoing question as to whether Richmond Heights will allow adult-use cannabis dispensaries within its borders will have to wait at least another month.

The city’s Planning Commission met Wednesday (March 12) to weigh the question and perhaps give to City Council a recommendation either way on the issue.
