A caller reported a driver cut her off and was brake checking her on May 5. She said the other driver stopped, got out of the car and she was blocking him in. Dispatch advised the caller to leave the area and drive home. The other driver called a short time later and reported the woman had followed him home while driving aggressively, tried to run him off the road and continued to harass him before leaving the area.

On May 4, a woman reported an old high school friend has been showing up at her and other friends’ homes. She said the suspect, who has a history of psychiatric issues, never makes contact but has been seen on cameras parking in the driveway, walking up to the house and looking in windows before leaving. He was cited for criminal trespassing and advised not to return. The woman called on May 5 shortly after midnight and around 1:45 am to report the suspect had returned. Officers requested additional units from Olmsted Township when he wouldn’t cooperate. The suspect was cited again for criminal trespassing.

On May 6, a motorist reported three juveniles with inner tubes tied to their bikes possibly getting ready to go tubing in the quarry. An officer made contact with kids and advised them not to go in the river.

A caller reported a driver hit his car and left the scene on May 7.

On May 1 around 5 am, an employee reported two occupied vehicles parked in front of the store and she feels unsafe unlocking the store. She requested an officer to stand by while she went into the store. The resource officer reported one of the people was a customer waiting to go inside and other had been parked at the store since 11 pm. she was advised to call dayshift if there were further issues with the vehicle.

On May 2, police arrested a man for violating a temporary protective order and transferred him to the Strongsville Jail.
