SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — If you are looking for some great margaritas and a diverse happy hour menu, you’ve got to stop by Dilla Libre.

Their happy hour is everyday from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Thursday happy hour is all day! They have two locations: one in north Phoenix and one in Scottsdale .

Let’s start with their vegan options because they have a dedicated spot on their menu for this—not something you see too often!

They make their vegan chickpea chorizo in-house that sits atop their vegan nachos. If you don’t like chorizo flavor, try the Beyond Burger carne asada. That is $10 on happy hour for a pretty good-sized tray of chips.

Their Blue Demo cauliflower bites are a big hit. They are crunchy and have a bit of a kick. Those are $7 on happy hour.

They have drink deals on their happy hour menu and day of deals, like Margarita Mondays. Take half off their 16-ounce house margarita and only pay $5.50.

Dilla Libre has a ton of other delicious items, like their massive quesadillas, too.

Some of the styles they are cooking up are wild, like the All Thai’d Up quesadilla with citrus-marinated chicken breast, serrano peppers, grilled onions, sweet Thai chili sauce Thai basil, mint and jack cheese.
