GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Seasonal parking rules, designed to provide easier access for snowplows and street sweepers, are set to take effect for many Grand Rapids neighborhood streets on Friday, Nov. 1.

The odd-even and same-side parking restrictions are designed to help city workers keep roads clear of leaves, tree debris and snow throughout fall and winter, the city of Grand Rapids said in a news release.
