Restaurant Week is almost upon us, which means you can dine at your favorite spots or -- better yet -- try out those places you thought were a little pricey, for a more reasonable set price.
The Restaurant Week promotion will run from January 22 through January 28, with lunch going for $22, and dinner for $35 a person for a three-course meal. There are tons of restaurants in D.C. that will be participating, but here are seven favorites!
901 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, D.C., 20001
Arroz is the most recent culinary masterpiece by chef Mike Isabella, serving the cuisine of southern Spain and Morocco. Located inside the Marriott Marquis hotel in the up-and-coming Shaw neighborhood in Washington, D.C., the restaurant features modern sleek architecture, giving you the feeling that you’ve left D.C. and entered, well ... Spain or Morocco.
In the spirit of the region, Arroz’s menu is composed of mostly tapas, which can mean small portions for a hefty price, but during Restaurant Week, you’ll be able to get several rounds of tapas for $35. Some favorites include hot smoked bone marrow and country fried quail.
If you love Spanish food prepared with the freshest ingredients in a luxurious atmosphere, Arroz is definitely the experience for you. Stay tuned for complete updates on the 2018 menu
