Shocking video shows a wild-eyed Uber driver pulling a gun on an up-and-coming Florida rapper and her pal while ordering them out of her car. Krissy Celess, a rising Miami rapper known as Bomb Ass Krissy, shared footage of the terrifying ordeal she claimed started over her unidentified driver exploding at being told what turn to take. “Get out of my vehicle now!” the driver yells while calling 911. “You’re no longer in the ride. Get out!” After Celess was heard saying that “she got them crazy eyes,” the driver suddenly whips out a gun and aims it at the passengers in the back of her vehicle. “I just never expected anything like this to happen,” Celess told WSVN , saying she feared she’d never see her 4-year-old son again. “It just escalated so quickly,” she said. “I was focused on the gun.” The rising rapper said the terrifying encounter in Miami late Monday started over her trying to guide the driver on where to turn. “I said, ‘Hey, the turn is right here. You’re going to make a left.’ And she was in the middle lane and she was like, ‘Oh, you don’t have to tell me. That’s what I have a GPS for,’” she told WSVN. She believes it was her “comment about her eyes” that angered the gun-toting driver. Celess and her pal are now planning to sue Uber, which confirmed it has removed the driver from its app while investigating. “I would argue that the Uber driver was extremely aggressive, and the reaction of pulling a gun was extremely excessive,” attorney Carlos Dominguez, who is representing both passengers, told WSVN. “Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Simply shocking. I mean, you get the first-person perspective of having a gun pointed at you.” Uber called the incident “extremely concerning.” “We removed the driver’s access to the app and are continuing to investigate,” the company said in a statement. Uber drivers are not allowed to carry guns, according to the company’s guidelines. The incident is also being investigated by police, the report said.
