WORCESTER - In his fourth year as the coach of Springfield Central girls basketball, James Gee has seen a class of his players grow from freshmen to state champions to seniors approaching their final high school games.

On Tuesday night, Gee coached three seniors: Jai-Lyn Garvin-Martin, Angela Hector, and Alaysia Mondon, for the final time as Golden Eagles.
