The City of St. Louis Park is accepting bids for a substantial infrastructure project aimed at replacing Lift Station No. 10. Interested contractors should note the specific requirements of the work, which includes the removal of the existing station and related concrete and landscaping, as well as the construction of a new wet well, valve vault, and associated electrical work. The project, identified as City Project No. 4025-3100, will also comprise the directional drilling of a new 460-linear-foot sanitary force main. Furthermore, contractors can find the full description and project specifications on the city's OneOffice site, as stated by the City of St. Louis Park . A bid bond amounting to 5% of the total bid is required for each submission.

To facilitate the process, only those contractors listed as plan holders on the city's website will be eligible to submit their bids electronically, and each bid submission is subject to a $25 fee. As per the city's rights, officials have retained the discretion to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and informalities, and ultimately award the contract in what they see as the best interest of the community.
