Subaru recalls more than 33 thousand cars!

If you have a 2017 Subaru Impreza, you better get your car checked out. Subaru recalls more than 33 thousand compact cars in the U.S. due to a fuel problem that can potentially make the engine stall without any sort of warning. Subaru recalls Subaru is a very popular make, especially in Colorado. In fact, the Subaru Impreza model, along with other Subaru models, is one of the best selling in Colorado.

What causes the issue is a winter blend of fuel turning to vapor in the fuel line and then cause the engine to stall. This is a major concern for an accident because the car can essentially just turn off and not be able to be turned back on right away. Luckily, no crashes or injuries have been reported due to this recall, but dealers will update the engine control software so the engine cooling fans will come on at a lower temperature. There is no set date as to when the recall will begin, but stay tuned if you drive a 2017 Subaru Impreza.
