KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Good morning! We begin chilly, but this doesn’t linger long. Highs warm even more on Monday afternoon. A sunny sky pushes us into the middle 70s. Watch out for sneaky strong sunshine. The UV Index is 8, which is very high today. Increasing clouds take away our sunshine on Tuesday afternoon. These clouds are generated from the storm taking us into a First Warn for Wednesday. Some needed showers for your yard and garden on the way, without any severe conditions to worry about. Morning: Clear and dry with temperatures almost as chilly as yesterday, middle 40s. Grab the sunglasses and dress in layers. Afternoon: We enjoy another wonderful day full of sunshine and comfortable conditions. Highs warm into the 70s. Tonight: Our sky remains clear, but we knock a little sting off the previously chilly mornings. Lows dip to near 50 degrees. First Warn: We are tracking unsettled weather for Wednesday, spilling into Thursday. Wednesday holds our best chance for showers. Good news, nothing severe.
