Eddie Lampkin Jr. delivered his 14th double-double of the season, tallying 25 points and 10 rebounds to guide Syracuse (13-18, 7-13 ACC) to an 84-70 Senior Night win over Virginia (15-16, 8-12 ACC) on Saturday at the JMA Wireless Dome.

With this performance, Lampkin matched Jesse Edwards’ (2022-23) record for the most double-doubles in a single season by a Syracuse player since 2014-15. Lampkin was highly efficient, making 11 of his 12 shot attempts, marking his fourth game of the season with at least 20 points.

Lucas Taylor and Jyare Davis each contributed 15 points, with Davis also dishing out four assists.

Syracuse dominated the boards, outrebounding Virginia 31-17, and demonstrated strong ball movement by assisting on 20 of its 31 made field goals.
