The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and general manager Jason Licht, in the eyes of many crtitics, have done it again. They have assembled another NFL Draft class that is getting fine reviews. But it's the method to getting there that has Bucs fans getting a good NSFW laugh. "It's really not that hard," Licht said. "We put the players that are worthy of being drafted on the draft board like every team does, but then we just kind of take the (expletives) and the (expletives) off, and the guys that don't love football and guys that have proven they don't like it, that are difficult to deal with, and we just kind of mitigate our risk. We're taking great players that are great humans." In case you're wondering - and again, there is video below that is NSFW - one of those bleeps is an "a'' word and one is a "d'' word. Anyway ... Licht and the Bucs addressed some pressing needs with some of the best options available at those positions, but also showed the ability to just take the best player available - as seen in the first round with the Emeka Egbuka pick. Tampa Bay was one of just three teams to receive an "A" grade by CBS Sports this year. The other two were the Jacksonville Jaguars , who made a last-minute trade for the No. 2 pick to take Colorado's Travis Hunter - and the Kansas City Chiefs . And we'll deal with the grade in a moment. But first ... Licht explained to ESPN's Pat McAfee his board-building strategy. Best Pick: Third-round corner Jacob Parrish should be able to push for time as the nickel corner right away. He played outside in college, but he has the look of a good nickel on the next level. Worst Pick: I think receiver Emeka Egbuka is a heck of a player. But I might have gone corner or edge in the first. Having said that, I understand the pick because of the age of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin's injury. The Skinny: It's time Bucs general manager Jason Licht gets the due for being a good drafter. He continues to nail his picks. This draft was no different. Egbuka going in the first was a little odd -- even if he is a good player -- but Licht made up for it the rest of the draft. He got two corners in Benjamin Morrison and Parrish, which they needed. I like seventh-round receiver Tez Johnson. He plays faster than he ran at the combine. These grades are immediate, of course, and only time will tell how these players work out in the league. But Licht's draft prowess speaks for itself. History says he'll hit on these picks, and who are we to argue with history? ... Or with a mindset to go without "expletives'' and "expletives''?
