According to a report by WFLA , the incident occurred outside a strip club at approximately 3 a.m., where officers discovered the deceased individual after responding to reports of gunfire. The nature of the shooting suggests that it was not a random act.

As WTSP provides additional details, Tampa Police arrived at the 6800 block of Adamo Drive to find a person shot dead and despite the early hours and the chaos that typically follows such a harrowing event, an investigation was immediately launched with no arrests made at the time; the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.

The victim, an adult male in his 30s, sustained upper body trauma, and although his identity has not been released, what has emerged is a picture of an altercation with personal undertones. The shooter, also an adult male, is cooperating with authorities, hinting at a narrative far from random but steeped in the all-too-common tale of personal disputes ending in tragedy, as reported by ABC Action News .
