SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (TMHC) on Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $213.5 million. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company said it had profit of $2.07 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $2.18 per share. The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.85 per share. The home builder posted revenue of $1.9 billion in the period.
