Bundle up your little one in this adorable Gap puffer jacket for a reasonable price!
Now that it's officially fall, winter is sadly right around the corner. The stress of making sure your kids are warm can be daunting. In addition to a coat, they also need a hat, gloves, and boots (depending on where you live). All of these items can be bulky. Fortunately, Gap has made a winter puffer jacket that's anything but!
I discovered Gap's Toddler ColdControl Puffer last year, and let me tell ya, I'm glad I did. It's made with poly-fill, which makes it incredibly warm and soft, it has a hood (perfect for when it rains or snows), it's water-repellent, and it's machine-washable. All necessities for a kids' jacket! It also boasts pockets and elasticized cuffs, acting somewhat as a defense against snow getting in.

The best part, though, is that it's lightweight and easy to pack! I was able to safely put my son in his car seat without taking it off, which, in my opinion, is a huge plus! While other brands have been known to have some of these same qualities, most of the time they're a lot more expensive. North Face's ThermoBall Eco Hoodie for toddlers is $99, while Gap's Toddler ColdControl Puffer is only $68, and a lot of the time they have sales that can discount the puffer coat even further.
If you don't mind shopping early, or you don't need a winter coat right away, you can easily score Gap's version for 50–60 percent off. They sell them in a variety of colors from size 12–18 months all the way up to adult. They also have a version for babies that is a bit puffier, but is adorable nonetheless.
This "breezy blue" is the color I bought my son last year, but it also comes in "new shadow" (grey), "lush green," "light pink," and "dark night." They also have some fun online exclusives for girls such as their "blanket blue" and "leopard print." Since they're currently on sale, I'm planning on buying the same one this year in the next size up!
