I watch a lot of Fixer Upper on HGTV, and seeing Joanna renovate old barns into these absolutely gorgeous homes kind of makes me want to live in one myself. And if you feel the same way (and you’re looking to buy), you’re in luck. Another barn renovation, I know, but I just can’t help it -- they’re so cool! This one is currently for sale for only $89,900 (had to double-check, because is that even real??), and is located in the countryside with beautiful and historic details inside and out. It was built in 1916 and features four bedrooms, two baths, and 1,560 total square feet.
The point of this home is not to completely change it into this modern luxury space, but rather to keep a lot of the charm of the original barn to create a country rustic feel. And I kind of love that.
