The development has already garnered significant attention, achieving over $50 million in homesite sales so far, with pricing for the residences starting at $2.5 million.

“Our goal at Cabo Real Surf Club is to embrace the soul of Baja by infusing adventure, wellness, and fun into the core identity of the community,” added Michael Schwab, a partner at Meriwether Companies and the son of billionaire Charles Schwab. “By pairing endless activities such as perfect surf, championship golf, mountain biking, and racquet sports with longevity-focused amenities that go beyond a traditional spa, we’re offering something unique to the marketplace that multi-generational families can enjoy together.”
