A woman is dead after a 3-vehicle crash near Millsboro over the weekend. Shortly before 6 p.m. Friday, a cargo van traveling westbound on Coolspring Road ran the stop sign at Harbeson Road and collided with a sedan driven by an 86-year-old Millsboro man, Delaware State Police said. He was hospitalized with serious injuries, and his passenger, a 79-year-old Millsboro woman, was also hospitalized but later died. Debris from the crash hit and slightly damaged a third vehicle, an SUV that was northbound on Harbeson Road approaching the intersection. The driver of the cargo van was slightly injured but refused a trip to the hospital, and the SUV driver wasn't hurt. Troop 7's Collision Reconstruction Unit is still investigating the crash, and they're asking anyone with information to contactMaster Corporal R. Albert by calling 302.703.3266.
