The Broncos finally ended their losing streak on Sunday, but not before their ticket prices dropped to an all-time low.

Just two years ago, when the Denver Broncos were on their way to a 12–4 season that would culminate in a Super Bowl victory, tickets for their home games (even in the nosebleeds) sold for hundreds of dollars, and sometimes -- during the playoffs -- thousands. Die-hard fans would pay a pretty penny to see them play. Fast-forward two years, and -- in the wake of a 4–9 record thus far -- tickets for their Thursday night away game against the Indianapolis Colts are listed on StubHub for a mere $6. *tear* $6, people. [caption id="attachment_28745" align="aligncenter" width="371"]tickets Screenshot courtesy of StubHub[/caption] I mean, you could potentially score two game tickets, some cheap airfare, and a room at the Indianapolis Motel 6 for less than what you'd pay to see the Broncos play at home -- in their heyday, at least. The low ticket price does seem to be a Colts issue, however. They've struggled to find wins this season, too (3–10), and tickets for their Dec. 31 home game against the Houston Texans are also listed for $6.
Tickets for the Broncos' next home game (on that same day) against the Kansas City Chiefs start at $72 on StubHub. That's more like it. Obviously, the Denver Broncos have the best fans in the world, having sold out every home game since 1970. That's the longest record in the NFL. Even with their sorry season this year, they've continued their record-breaking sellout streak by bumping it up to 394, even though 5,186 of those sold tickets went unused on Sunday. I mean, it's simply not fun to go to games when you're not sure the team's even capable of winning. Lucky for the die-hard fans who showed up this past week, the Broncos were up to the challenge and pulled out a victory. But regardless of where the game is, it says a lot about the state of our team that it only costs $6 to see them play. What do you think? Are you planning to hop on a flight and watch the Broncos for $6 in Indy? Tell us in the comments below!
