  • Athens: All fireworks are illegal
  • Decatur: All fireworks are illegal
  • Huntsville: All fireworks are illegal
  • Madison City: All fireworks are illegal
  • Muscle Shoals: All fireworks are illegal
  • Red Bay: Firecrackers, bottle rockets, sparklers, smoke bombs, and Roman candles are legal, but must stay on a person's own property
  • Russellville: Firecrackers, bottle rockets, sparklers, smoke bombs, and Roman candles, but only between June 29–July 6
  • Sheffield: Firecrackers, bottle rockets, sparklers, smoke bombs, and Roman candles are legal, but only between June 20–July 5
  • Tuscumbia: All fireworks are illegal
