Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce does not often bring up his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift on his own while recording his New Heights podcast, but that did not stop him from paying her a sweet compliment when a guest brought her up this week.

This week, Travis and his brother Jason welcomed actor and director Ben Stiller as the guest on their New Heights podcast to discuss season 2 of his directorial project Severance, the Apple TV show that has taken the world by storm.

During his appearance on the podcast, Stiller brought up a time when he attended a New York Knicks game with Taylor Swift about 10 years ago.

“By the way, I went to a Knicks game with Taylor,” Stiller said on the podcast. “She was there. This was like 10 years ago, and I was there with my son, and she literally, we FaceTimed my daughter, who is a huge Swiftie. She’s 23 now, and we had the best time."

"She was incredible," Stiller continued.

This allowed Kelce the chance to offer a sweet compliment to Taylor himself.

"I appreciate that. I think the same thing, so it’s perfect," Kelce said, indicating that he also thinks Taylor is incredible.

Kelce went on to suggest that perhaps at some point in the future, Kelce and Taylor could go to another Knicks game. To this suggestion, Stiller joked that he might be able to pull a few strings in order to get them to the game.

"Yeah, this is the time. You should definitely come though. I can hook that up. I’m sure you would need help getting in," Stiller joked.

After a disappointing loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Kelce is set to return for at least one more season with the Kansas City Chiefs next season.
