VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — Two people are facing charges after authorities say they found drugs in a hotel room where three kids were staying.

Deputies say they served a search warrant on a room at 1 Life Studios & Suites on Monday morning after an investigation involving individuals who were suspected of dealing fentanyl in the area.

When investigators knocked on the door to serve the warrant, they say 33-year-old Kiana Green answered.

During a search of the room, investigators say they found drugs and paraphernalia, as well as digital scales and numerous plastic baggies.

Corey and Kiana were booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
