Get ready! The 2024 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree is going on a cross-country tour before heading to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., and it'll be making a stop in Colorado!

The three-week tour kicked off on October 30, and the 74-foot Sitka sprue has arrived in Colorado before it'll be delivered to the U.S. Capitol's West Lawn on November 22. The "People's Tree" stopped at Cabela's in Grand Junction on Sunday, November 10.

It will be at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland today, November 11, from 4 to 7 p.m.

"We are thrilled to welcome the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree to Loveland and The Ranch Events Complex," said Conor McGrath, director of The Ranch Events Complex. "This beautiful tree represents the spirit of our community and the joy of the holiday season, bringing us together in celebration on Veterans Day."

Everyone is invited to see the tree, get free stickers and pins, and learn about Alaska's national forests and the 54-year tradition of the U.S. Forest Service providing the tree. In addition, the Loveland tour stop will have hot cocoa, crafts, and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
