MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - The Virginia Department of Health Office of Drinking Water (VDH-ODW) has lifted its boil water advisory for certain service areas within Montgomery County, according to a Tuesday announcement.

The VDH-ODW says the boil water advisory remains in effect for the Town of Christiansburg, Town of Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, and the remainder of Montgomery County PSA customers. Residents are urged to continue boiling water for cooking and consumption.
