Federal authorities have arrested a suspected Venezuelan gang member in Georgia for his alleged involvement in a triple shooting. Federal authorities took 32-year-old Ricardo Gonzalez into custody in Cobb County, Georgia. He was wanted on a Chicago Police Department warrant for kidnapping, along with probable cause for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder. Officials believe Gonzalez, a suspected member of the Tren de Aragua gang, kidnapped three women in the Chicago area on January 28. They say he took them to an alley in the 7700 block of South Oglesby Avenue, where he shot all three in the head. Two of those women died while the third survived, managing to escape and find help. At the time, CBS News Chicago interviewed the good Samaritan who found the wounded woman on her porch. Ring video shows the police response where officers tended to the victim. And she was bleeding everywhere and she didn't speak English, so she just kept saying 'police, police.' Gonzalez is being held in Georgia while awaiting extradition to Chicago.
