Incumbent Lt. Gov. David Zuckerman is facing off against his Republican opponent, John Rodgers, for a chance to win Vermont's second-highest statewide office. Zuckerman, who is looking to secure a second consecutive term, has served as Lt. Governor in the past, while Rodgers is a state senator presenting the Essex-Orleans District who is hoping to take on a larger role in Montpelier.
