Built in 2001, Kinloch Golf Club has consistently ranked in Golf Digest's list of top 100 courses in the nation since 2005. Played by invitation only, the course was very carefully designed to ensure that the turf gets enough air and sunlight for the best playing conditions in the normally hot and humid region. The club boasts "the best of southern hospitality."
[Kinloch] is intended first and foremost to be a first class golf club emphasizing immaculate conditioning, a simple but special clubhouse facility, a small and compatible membership of individual members, a championship golf course and practice facility with service of the highest quality," club founder Vinny Giles said.
